Below we give information about reservations, instructions and policies. Since most of our reservations involve customized arrangements, we encourage you to call us and speak with a reservation specialist.

Time of day for your flight

During the warm season we recommend flying early in the morning for the smoothest ride possible. We provide individual headsets for noise reduction, and for direct interpretive information from your pilot. Our planes are high-wing Cessnas, so everyone gets a window seat, and a fantastic view of the area.

Weather

Utah enjoys 300+ days of sun a year, which means great flying all year long. However, there are days when it is best to stay on the ground due to adverse weather conditions - if that occurs we will do our best to contact you ahead of time to reschedule.

Reservations and Cancellation Policies

We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to the get the flight and time that best fits your schedule. Walk-ins and short notice flights are welcome and can often be accommodated

Discounts

We offer discounts for children under 12 available with accompanying adult. Group discounts are available. Call for more info.

Cancellations

We would appreciate at least 48 hrs if you need to cancel or change a reservation.
